“C’mon, Mr. Mackey,” Crystal pleaded as Mackey wrestled her arms behind her. “We can make a deal, we can… Mmmmmphf!” Mr. Mackey shoved a gag into Crystal’s mouth, pushing and pulling it in tight. Natalie could only look on helplessly as Mr. Mackey tied her partner up the same way, first tightly cinching Crystal’s elbows behind her and then tying her wrists. Crystal didn’t have benefit of wearing long sleeves as Natalie did, so the ropes cut into her soft, tender flesh causing her to moan into her gag in pain.

“You two are going to stay right here until I’m ready to dispose of you,” Mr. Mackey said, ignoring the pair’s pleading and sobbing. After finishing with her arms, Mr. Mackey pulled Crystal to the floor and tightly bound her ankles, then looped more rope around her bent legs, pinning her thighs to her calves. “By the time I get back with the truck, we’re going on a long drive.”
